I love the macadamias I get from this site - they are far superior to any other site I've ordered from. They are the perfect snack and also great in cookies!

I have purchased many macadamia nut because they are my favorite but the ones I get from Nuts in Bulk are the best. They have so much more flavor than others that I have purchased. The ship quickly and the package usually arrives before the estimated date and the price is very reasonable.

nuts were supposed to be unsalted and they were salted. The packaging said unsalted and the packing slip/invoice said unsalted but they weren't so I had to give them away.

I bake for the local farmer's markets and have recently begun offering white chocolate/macadamia nut cookies, but in the quantities that I was selling them, I was spending a fortune on the nuts. Wow. When I received the nuts they were awesome. If they had been hot, they would have been perfect. They are big and covered wtih salt and oil. Better than the jars full I used to buy in stores. The price was reasonable and won't stop me from buying more. Delivery time was quick as well.

I received the nuts which were inccredibly fresh. I buy 10 lbs every year from your company to make macadamian brittle at Christmas. But this year I ordered with salt when I wanted it to be without. So I added a message to the comments of my order but it was apparentely ignored. So now I know, I will call the next time when I have a change. Despite this, my brittle is wonderful and the nuts were received quickly and very fresh.

really good fresh taste

I purchase the macadamia nuts every year for macadamia Christmas brittle. The "halves and pieces" I buy in 10 pound bags from nuts in bulk are not only huge and have many smaller sized "whole" nuts, they are fresh and crunchy of the highest quality. I started making a 2 pound order but the demand for this once a year delicacy due to these superior nuts has blossomed to 10 pound orders!! I probably only use about 8 pounds of nuts for baking because they are so delicious my teenage boys snack on cups of them before I begin the baking process. They are simply irresistible. Keep up the fantastic quality!!

I love your macadamia nuts. They are large, fresh and great for eating out of hand. Next time I'll order the unsalted nuts - these were a little salty for me. No matter, I just rubbed off most of the salt with a towel.

I don't know why these nuts are so hard to find locally in Springfield, Ill. I use them in candies for my wife (and now the kids...had to buy two bags). The delivery was "freaky fast" literally within 3 days of order they arrived. I suggest keeping left overs in the freezer. I had some keep for 9 months and they were fine when thawed and used. I just use these in baked goods so the oilyness doesn't bother me. I've seen reviews that call them too oily (I don't find that) or too salty (they have unsalted if you tick down the drop down box which is what I buy). Anyway these are great nuts.

I was worried I'd get a bag of nut crumbs, but the nuts were beautiful and nearly all halves. I suggest cosidering this as an option to whole nuts to save a few dollars if youa re using them for baking or making candy. They are in great condition and wonderful tasting -perfect for macadamian brittle!

Excellent quality nuts! Since the nutritional value of macadamia nuts is about 74% fat (the good kind, very low of the unstable Omega-6 oils, very high monounsaturated fats), this is excellent for low carb, or ketogenic diets
