We grew up in the 60's-70's. In Christmas time my uncle would bring over a 5lb. bag of pistachios. It got to the point where we would save money to buy our own bag of pistashios. Then all of a sudden they were gone and that taste was gone. I knew these pistachios came from Iran. At my age I did not equate the fall of the Shah, with my prefered nuts. Not until purchasing these Antep did find a taste as close to those pistachios of my youth,

Thanks for sending me the freshest Antep Pistachios I have ever had. They were a lot less saltier than Zenobia Pistachios that I have previously had.

I buy them for my boyfriend who absolutely loves them he finished them up yesterday he is already waiting for his next time.... I can only afford them for special occasions.... But they are well worth the money and he truely enjoys them as do I.... The taste is so buttery and hard to stop eating them out of a 5lb bag only about 10 were hard to open... I highly recommend this product if you like pistachios you are going to love the turkish ones...

Good but could be saltier

The Turkish Pistachios have a good taste. They are silky and almost melt in your mouth. I have to use a nut cracker to open the shell. You have to gauge how much pressure to use or you'll crush the nut. Of course, that distracts from the enjoyment of eating them. A better roasting process might help open the shells more.

Fresh, creamy taste. Salted just right. All partially opened for easy fingerwork. Uniform in size.

Given as gift to devotee....lots of points....

My husband loves pistachio nuts and asked for a large bag for Christmas. He specified large Turkish variety, I ordered these and he loved them. Polished off the 1st bag and asked for more. Expensive, but worth it. Good service too.

So crunchy, deeply flavored, much better than California pistachios.

Nuts are excellent. Delivery was as promised and I am satisfied with the purchase. Buyers should know that nuts are on the small side.

Love these pistachios. Promptly delivered. Well packaged. Fresh and tasty. This order was different in that the pistachios were less salty than in previous orders. That's too bad - although these are our favorite pistachios, would have preferred a bit more on the salty side.

I have tried many types of pistachios from several different companies but these are by far the most consistently great tasting nuts I have ever eaten. Highly recommended!!

These pistachios were 1st class, Very, very few were closed. They tasted incredible, just like a pistachio should taste not like the less flavored CA ones. Shipping is lightening fast and I have no idea how they do it? Like little nut elves who fly around and deliver nuts the very next day.
